- Pen-to-paper, fingers-to-keyboard makes drifting intentions a concrete commitment. I've always journaled though I can never concise to one spot... I ramble on the back of receipts, scrap paper, and it works. The act files to-do lists neatly in my mind and I am more likely to do it.
